WEAPON HIRE

If you need a deact SMLE and bayonet, I have been able to hire these in he past. I do not yet know the cost but it has not been unreasonable in the past

Please let me know if below if you require the hire of one

Prices seem to be going up all the time so if you're going to buy one, best start hunting now.

I may be interested in hiring one, if I can't get Danish paperwork sorted out for the one I have at home in Scotland.

For those of us coming from the US it will be a must, TSA and British customs might get a little testy if I bring my live SMLE. Got the bayonet through last time without a problem though.

Hired rifles come with bayonets and scabbards but with unblancoed slings. I honestly can't remember the cost from last time - was it £ 20.00 ??

That rings a bell ? I may be wrong though and someone who hired one may be able to correct me.

When you send in your deposit with the application form when we need to do this in a few months, There will be a bit on the form about hiring a weapon and I will take the money for it then so I can give the firm I hire them off as much notice as possible, Note it's normally £ 20 a DAY to hire one, because I know them so well, we get a special deal !

I brought my own blancoed sling last time and just put theirs back on when we were done.

I have dug out the invoice from last time and the rifles were £ 50 each, sorry
